Hello All, Can anybody help me with a sugestion how to increase the time for login using mid-tier?
Some users get a massage that they can not log in. In the mid-tier log we found: WARNING (com.remedy.log.SERVLET) : Caught GoatException ARERR [90] Cannot establish a network connection to the AR System server The WARNING message appears randomly.
