We had the same issue when we change our Mid-Tier registered server name. Since it was a new name we had to update the server name in AR System Search Preferences to equal the first server name in the list

They are using MS Internet Explorer Release 6. When they reopen the browser, their saved queries are gone. They can see the "Searches" option on the action bar. When they click on it, they get a list of additional options like Run My Searches, Run Recent, etc., but, when they expand any of the options, nothing appears. I have verified that their queries are in the AR System Searches Preference form. Some are tagged Recent; others are tagged User-Defined; none are set to Disable. I have had the customers flush there browser cache and restart the browser. But, again, no queries. Has anyone seen this phenomenon before and can anyone suggest a resolution? We are running ARS 7.1 Patch 7 and ITSM 7.0. We are a windows shop running MSSQL on a windows server. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
