I think Rick might be thinking of Oracle. SQL is by nature case insensitive where as Oracle is case sensitive. I believe there is a setting in Oracle at the time of install to make Oracle case insensitive. Of corse I am not a DBA and could very well not have a clue as to what I am talking about.
