A couple of notes: 1. The "or higher" policy was put in place first with AR System 7.5.00 and is not grandfathered. Thus "or higher" does not apply to AR System 7.1.00. 2. AR System server itself is only officially supported on server OS's. Windows 7 is considered a desktop OS - in the same family as Windows XP and Windows Vista - and thus the server components of AR System (any version) are not supported on Windows 7. The Remedy User client 7.5.00 and later would be supported on 32-bit Windows 7, as per the compatibility matrix.
