How many of the 87k have not been sent?

You may also want to open the AR System Email Messages form in the admin tool 
and make sure you still have the indexes.  On my system the 3 indexes are:   

  Mailbox ID, Message Type, Priority, Send Message, Parse Message, Message ID, 
Execute/Send At
  Unique Identifier
  Send Message

Can you manually send an email from Remedy? 
Open the AR System Email Messages form in New mode and send an email to 
yourself. If you receive the email message, then your configuration is correct, 
otherwise you need to revise

Hi All,

    We are using AR System 7.1. The problem is ...

   " Email messages in the  "AR System Email Messages "form are not sent when 
new incident is raised, assigned or change the status". 
     Is this due to high AR System email Messages.
     
      Please suggest why this problem occurs. Right now the email messages 
count is show below. If Yes ,is there any limit for this message count.
