Joe, We were on 7.5 Patch 4, upgraded to Patch 5. Working with BMC Support since clicking OK to try and resuscitate the Plugin Server. So far it appears this particular "feature" of Patch 5 only affects Linux installs. We are running SUSE 10.
The comment about treating patches with the same respect as upgrades, installs, etc. is dead-on. Ultimately though, this "stuff" happens, and that's why we all have lower landscapes. .:Mike:. Mike, what version and patch are you on and what are the problems you are encountering?
