We use the option: "Use This Server"
In addition to that we created a AR Sysem User Preferecne entry in the
Preference form for every User Profile.
On the Preference Form there are a number of useful parameters that
you can set for End Users that are logging into the system.
i.e. 1) Server Login List
2) Locale
3) Alert Servers
....etc
We found this useful - it dramatically reduced End User issues.
