A Kinetic two-cents here.  We are using Kinetic V4.0.3 with ARS 6.3 over here 
and are happy with it.  Approx 800 users.  Set up to allow web submissions of 
Service Requests to active directory (i.e. Move User, Deactivate Account, etc). 
 Auto-generates Remedy Change Requests and Tasks.  The customers really like it 
and Kinetic support is terrific.

   We are currently on ARS 7.1 with our custom Help Desk application and we are 
evaluating SRM products (Kinetic Request, BMC SRM) for our Service Desk. 

   I have gone through the product videos available in the (Kinetic Request) 
website and it looks very interesting.

   I just want to hear the  experiences(pros, cons) you guys had in using 
Kinetic Request.
