Chuck, Thanks for the response. I've tried that, but still no luck. Whenever I go to the configuration page it lets me log in and then throws up an error message saying that the page can't be found. That's why I assumed that it must be installed separately. When I've run the installer for the Mid Tier, there is never a list of "optional" things to install, it appears like it just automatically installs everything that it can't detect.
