Shawn, I assume that you are trying to install this on a server other than the mid-tier server? If so, does a web server (i.e. IIS, Apache, Etc) exist on that server? If it does not, the option to install will not exist in the installer.

I've looked through the installer several times, and there is no "AR Crystal Web Application" referenced anywhere. I've looked at both the original and a couple of installers of the patches, and it seems to simply not exist in ARS 7.5.
