Thanks Axton. We decided to go with M3000 after some internal discussion and external consultation. The main reasons are: 1) Internally, we have some T5120 servers that perform poorly with some applications; 2) I asked BMC support for recommendation. BMC doesn't recommend a particular SPARC machine. However from previous experience, they found that the T series is good for mid-tier but not for CPU intensive operations in AR Server. The V series or better yet M series is good for CPU intensive operations.
