I don't think there is a way to check that really, unless you build a form, where every time a user logs with CLIENT_TYPE = 9, add to a counter stored at a form, and every time there is an application exit, this number is subtracted.. Closing the window would be the only way this update might not happen and may loose a degree of accuracy..
