No joins need to be created. No special preparation. You can do a multi-class search following relationships and get back a result of the system following the cross class qualification. The problem is that in ITSM 7.5, the server and the OS are stored in separate CMDB tables. How would I go about setting up a query (apart from creating a DB join) that would help me locate only the CIs appropriate to the issue the RFC is addressing? This would ideally be from the Change Management application, though we could use the Asset Management application if it were the only way.
