Hello All,
I have a question in replicating DB backups to make new system.
For e.g. if we have a remedy ITSM box (test1)ready with all the application
and data build and configured(Foundation). Can i take a full database backup
and restore it to a new oracle installation and use it as a test 2 box.Make
changes in ar.conf, for server name etc and then start the remedy service.
Or
what is the fastest and easiest way to create three remedy boxes as
test1,test2 and test3. I just want to save time in installing and uploading
data into systems.
Env :OS : Windows
DB : Oracle 10g
ARServer: ITSM 7.6.03
