This happens to me too, but I suspect that it is related to my working lists being stored in a directory that is part of my roaming profile on the network. It causes lots of issues, so I just assumed that the issue with my working lists was related and moved on. It's a shame too, because it would be great to have the same working lists available on any machine I log in to.
