Hello Mike, In 7.6.03 data imports need to be done using java based import tool. It is available in arsuitekitinstall as one of the components to install Name of the java based jar is arapiext7603build001.jar This will get installed at same level as developer studio in AR System install directory.

We have a number of external applications that deposit data files on our server, after which Remedy workflow, and in some cases, Unix shell scripts initiate the server-side imports (arimportcmd in our current version).
