Hi ARSLIST, How can I find information about who has a FIXED license for ARS+ITSM and who is actually using it, so that I can perform a cleanup in users with fixed licenses, who is not using it?
I know that I can find "License Review" information in "AR System Administration Console" > "Application" - but this only show me current users and when they logged in, and when they logged in last time - but when I switch to view a status of all ARS og ITSM application licenses in Remedy, then this list contain ALL users, also those who are not online, but it does not give me any last login time, and even if it did, then this login time would be the same for ITSM licenses as for the ARS license, also if the user did only use his ARS fixed license... I also know that I can run a User logging, but this seems to only provide me with information when a user perform a login and logout, and when a ARS fixed license is released. So I still need to find a way to get an overview of all ITSM application licenses, and when these has been used or not, so that those users who does not use their ITSM fixed licenses can be removed to free space for other users who actually need a ITSM fixed license in order to work.
