Hi,
The place to look for this is in the user-log, that you turn on under
Admin Console > Server Info > Log Files.
You will find all user activities, including ITSM7, if you have at least
AR Server 7.1.0 patch something.
The full version of the RRR|License utility will give you exactly this
information. The test-version will give you the number of unused Fixed
licenses, but not the list of users.
Just upload a weeks worth of user-log, and RRR|License will give you the
exact number of licenses you can free by reassigning your licenses to the
most active users.
Come and see the RRR|License Tutorial at WWRUG10/Vendor Track!
