Open CMDB Console, goto Reconciliation jobs, select History, then run the Sandbox job (the full name eludes me at the moment). I also scheduled ours to run every two hours so I don't have to manually run this.

How do I promote those CI's to the master dataset? Only by promoting those CI adds/changes to the master dataset will you see them there. I have been trying to manually add a CI in Asset Management to either the ComputerSystem/Document/BulkInventory or any other form, but the data doesnt seem to be getting saved. When I search for my entry the request does not show up. Has anyone faced a similar situation? Is there any way that the reconciliation engine has been turned off? I am trying to troubleshoot the issue by going thorugh the logs but they don't seem to be helping much. Please let me know if you guys have any suggestions. We have made some changes in Asset over the past week. That may have contibuted to this failure. I would like to know any similar experiences and how they have been dealt. (Backup is not an option.)
