We always cycle the AR System services after the time changes. It eliminates 
any issues caused by the change to/from DST.

Subject: DST and Escalations

Listers,

         Just wanted to see if anyone is having these same issues.  We have a 
Time escalation that runs every weekday at 1:00pm.  This past week the 
escalation ran at 12:00 noon on Monday right after DST had changed. The next 
occurrence it ran at the proper time of 1:00pm.  Any help would be appreciated.
