Hi List,

Users are unable to reopen the ticket from "Reopen" button in the SRM
console.
Has anyone faced this issue before ? Do you know the root-cause ?
Environment:
ARSystem: 7.5 patch002
Platform: AIX
Database: Oracle 10g
BMC Atrium CMDB: 7.5 patch004
BMC Drift: 7.5
SRM: 2.2 patch003
