What happens exactly?
This issue occurs when a user presses the Reopen button in the SRM module.
There Reopen comments are getting updated in thre WorkInfo field. Then he
gets the error message.
do they get an error message?
Yes, they do. "You do not have authority to modify incident You must be a
member or an associate member of either the owner group (service desk) or
the assigned group.ARERR 1291018."
will it be possible for you to turn the Active Link logs on and see what is
happening ?
Yes, Please let me know in the logs what should i look for.
