The selling model did change several years ago - so if RKM capacity is
purchased through the Solution Pack selling model, it does include an AR System
user license. And yes, an RKM analyst or admin does require an AR System user
license to be able to create knowledge articles or administer the application.

A self-service end-user does not require an AR System user license, but
end-user self-service capacity still must be purchased. It would be best to
contact your BMC Sales representative for more information.

Unless they have changed the model recently, the KMR licenses do not come with
AR licenses and in fact if you integrate KMR in with AR you will need a fixed
AR license as well.

Does anyone know how user licensing work for Knowledge Management for Remedy
7.6.03? Do the floating and fixed KMR user licenses also come with a AR
license?

Thanks
