Hi,
The migration I am working on now took about 4 hours to complete, with
about 100 forms and 1'500'000 records.
When doing a new sync, it takes about 3-5 minutes to go through the same
setup and SYNC those few records that has been changed, added or deleted.
So even if the first SYNC takes time, even a week, the final downtime for
switching should not be more than 1 hour.
It will also give you ample timeto do testing in the new environment, and
fix any problems you encounter.
Just du the final SYNC and switch over your users when everything is ready.
