Hi All, We are having an issue for one user. When user tried to access Remedy application using the midtier, He is experiencing Caught Exception- Unterminated string constant error and Caught Exception: Syntax error. Users is using Windows 7 machine. Server Configuration: Midtier 7.6.03 ARS: 7.1 Has anyone experienced this issue before and what is the solution for this?
