Hi Kathy, first you have to create an overlay of the form. Select 'Form' from the Menu bar, then 'Create Overlay'. Afterwards you have to create an overlay of the View. Select the appropriate View and then again 'Form' from the Meanu bar, click on 'Create View Overlay'.
Now you should be able to create overlay of all objects by right clicking them and select 'Create Overlay' from the context menu. And you should create objects on the selected View as well. In previous versions, I just select the two fields, and click the arrow to add the fields to the table. Now even the arrows are grayed out so I am not able to drag the fields over.
