I'm in the process of upgrading ITSM from 7.0.03 patch 009 to 7.5.00 I was going through the install steps and as it was running it's various checks it came back with,
"Invalid BMC Atrium CMDB version. BMC Atrium CMDB version is 7.5.00 patch 004., which is less than the minimum required BMC Atrium CMDB version 7.5.0.0" I thought this rather strange, the last time I checked 004 is greater than zero? Then I looked close and saw that it was saying 7.5.00 is not the same as 7.5.0.0 (hunch) I went into the SHARE:Application_Properties form and, sure enough, I found that the BMC Atrium CMDB version was listed as 7.5.00 patch 004. I changed it to 7.5.0.0 patch 004 and now the install is progressing along???? What's with that and will it cause issues down the road? Stay tuned.
