Did you upgrade CMDB or do a fresh install? If it you upgraded it then something failed to update in the upgrade. I had hell with the 7.5 path, the install packages were really messed up going to 7.5 I had to run the installer in pause mode and replace arserver.exe and make some changes to files in the temp directory. Took months to get that all figured out with BMC's help of course.

Then I looked close and saw that it was saying 7.5.00 is not the same as 7.5.0.0 (hunch) I went into the SHARE:Application_Properties form and, sure enough, I found that the BMC Atrium CMDB version was listed as 7.5.00 patch 004. I changed it to 7.5.0.0 patch 004 and now the install is progressing along???? What's with that and will it cause issues down the road? Stay tuned.
