I had performed a DB sync activity on Remedy Server by taking a dump of production env. database & pointing it on to test env. The test & prod env are on separate servers (with different hostnames). After DB sync, the AIE instance name of the 'production env' shows , when I access AIE console of test environment. Although, the AIE service name is still the same of test env. (services.msc) how can I change it back to the previous instance name (test env hostname). Any help.
