Looking for two technical resources to assist with an upgrade to Remedy IT Service Management 7.6.4. This is expected to be a six month contract. They will be expected to work on-site in Houston, TX for the duration of the project. Required Skills: .Experience implementing ITSM 7.6 (including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change and Release Management, Asset Management, Service Level Management.) .Strong ability with Action Request System development, and knowledge of best practices to customize ITSM. .Understanding of best practices for populating foundation data. .Practical experience migrating data between different Remedy systems. Preferred Skills: .ITIL v3 Certification. .Experience with Atrium Configuration Management Database (CMDB), including populating it via Atrium Integration Engine (AIE) and the Reconciliation Engine. .Experience with Service Request Management (SRM) 7.6 and setting up a Service Catalog. .Experience with BMC Analytics and Business Objects XI. .Knowledge of Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM.)
