We have the next situation, we need to authorize change request through mobile devices (Blackberry and Iphone principally), as many of our directors who approve CRQ's cannot be all the time on their PCs to enter the authorization console and approve the change, we know that BMC has a application for this functionality but our company does not have bought it. Company's network is protected through firewalls and other security devices to the Internet, mobile devices connect internet through the phone provider cell service. We wanted to use the email engine functionality but security policies of the company are locked POP3 and IMAP protocols. Any idea that we can serve?
