The records are sitting in the AR System Email Message Form. They get to there and just sit in the Send Message status of Yes. Once I bounce the email engine it goes through a couple of hundred of records and then stops. I do not see any errors in the email engine log or the AR Server log. The issue was not really with the e-mail engine but the escalation pools processing the notifications from the group control form. I believe there is some info on how to increase the escalation pools within the E-mail engine config guide. Everything has been so far so good. Today the email engine started to for some reason, sending out a few hundred emails and then it would stop. It will not process anymore until I restart the email engine and then it sends out a couple hundred more but then stops again. Has anyone seen this before?
