Where is that set?

In your EmailDaemon.properties file, which is at %ARsystem
root%\Aremail\<servername>, what is the value for:
com.bmc.arsys.emaildaemon.NumberOfSenderThreads

** it is set at, 256, 1024, you think that needs to be increased?

Oh ok. Our issue was before it even got to the messages form. I remember
in 7.1 we had to increase the min/max java memory within the registry
for the e-mail engine. I believe there are some previous posts on the
list that cover that as well.

** not that I can tell. The records are sitting in the AR System Email
Message Form. They get to there and just sit in the Send Message status
of Yes. Once I bounce the email engine it goes through a couple of
hundred of records and then stops. I do not see any errors in the email
engine log or the AR Server log.

Is it only for group notifications? We have seen some issues with 7.6.04
with only group related notifications. The issue was not really with the
e-mail engine but the escalation pools processing the notifications from
the group control form. I believe there is some info on how to increase
the escalation pools within the E-mail engine config guide.

**

List,

I just stood up a brand new version of ARS 7.6.04 with all the
applications. Everything has been so far so good. Today the email
engine started to for some reason, sending out a few hundred emails and
then it would stop. It will not process anymore until I restart the
email engine and then it sends out a couple hundred more but then stops
again.

Has anyone seen this before?

ARS 7.6.04

Windows 2008, 64 bit

Oracle 111.2.0.2

We are using SMTP for outgoing email.
