We have built a new server on version 7.6.4 running on windows server with SQL database. Our production server is the same with an AR 7.6.3 build. We tried to use the Data migration tool to move the data over from production to the new server but not all of the foundation data goes over completely. We also looked at Remedy Migrator but are working on an issue with that where it does nothing when we start the migration. Is there a way using the Remedy tools (we cannot get any additional software on our systems as they are locked down) to easily do a full push of all data from our current system to the new system?
