Hello All, I had a similar problem. I've tried to migrate data using ARX, then Data import 7.6.04. The tool said that over 50000 records where imported, while in the database I found no more than 8000. In the end I manage to import data using Migrator 7.6.04 SP2, than sync it with RRR|Chive. I using RRR|Chive with verify option NO.

Our production server is the same with an AR 7.6.3 build. We tried to use the Data migration tool to move the data over from production to the new server but not all of the foundation data goes over completely. We also looked at Remedy Migrator but are working on an issue with that where it does nothing when we start the migration.
