I was confused to what exactly you are referring to, e.g. approval
process, progress bar, etc... 

 

If you're referring to the approval process: 

 

Application Admin Console --> Custom Configuration --> Foundation -->
Advanced Options --> Approval Process Configuration --> Search existing
mappings for "CHG:Infrastructure Change"

 

Each approval process config record has a status flow to enter begin,
approved, rejected, no approvers states for your desired flow.

Subject: Change phases

 

It seems like I've seen this before but I may have been dreaming. How do
I configure a particular change type (no impact, normal, etc.) with
regard to the stages that are included such as 'implementation in
progress' or 'planning in progress' etc. I can't seem to find anything
related in the 'change' section of 'custom configuration'. This is of
course assuming that it is a configuration and not a customization.
