Hello, I was wondering if anybody experienced issue with the Overview console, where an incorrect entry gets displayed when user double-clicks record in the list to view it. It seems it shows the record just above or below the one the user double-clicked. To be more precise, this only seems to affect change request records in the overview console, but I do not know how exactly get to the point when it starts happening, which makes it rather hard to investigate and to provide the required logs to support.
Was wondering if there was anybody else who has seen such behaviour and might have found the cause and solution to the problem. Our environment is ARServer, Mid-tier, ITSM (all apps), SRM, ALM 7.6.03, no patch OS - Windows Server 2003 Java 1.5.0_18 DB - SQL server 2005 Browser - IE 7 Thanks for any suggestions or thoughts on this.
