There is also a form for each object such as Incident, Change, Problem Task  
that is called HPD:CFG Ticket Num Generator, for Incident that sets the visible 
number separately from the Request ID. Yes you need to do task as well.

Listers,
We have our new 7.6.04 system up and running and will be going live
oon.  We have all of our data moved over and I am setting the next
d's.
I have set the nextid for change, incident, problem, Know error,
nowledge Database.  Is there any other places that I need to set the
extid.  Is there a nextid for Task?  i could not find a ticket num
enerator for task.  Is there a list of forms that need to have the
extid set?
