Not knowing what version of Remedy you are using..........go to Application for 
the user(s) and toggle the option for action on what to do after Saving the INC 
or CRQ.  
 
In 7.604, click Foundation Elements-->Overview Console-->Functions
 
For Incident and Change tabs, change it to be: 
 
On Form, After Save:
Modify Request After Submit

How do I get Change (and Incident/Problem) to stay on the same ticket
when I create a new one.  Currently when I create and save a new
ticket it opens a new one.
