A couple of notes from my conversation - a.. The Footprints product line is a nice extension of what BMC does but is not an overlap. b.. The Track-it product line is a small business version of what BMC does now with their current ITSM offerings. They did pick up a lot of staff experienced in developing/selling/implementing ITSM solutions. My guess, not my contact's words, is that staff will be taught the other product lines and they will be integrated in to future version of what BMC offers overall.
