Looks like we will have to add Numara to our growing list of integrations(bridges/handlers) for Kinetic Request…
So then -- if you use Kinetic Request -- your user can submit their request: and we will route it to either: Remedy Remedy Helpdesk ViaTIL Remedy ITSP Remedy ITSM Magic Remedy Force Remedy on Demand Numara ??? One interface to the customer REGARDLESS of where they service their requests.
