If it helps in your discussions, you may wish to remind them that support for AR System 7.1.00, ITSM Suite 7.1.00 and the ITSM 7.0.03 applications will most likely end in mid-2012 with the release of the next version of the ITSM Suite. So if they do not have plans on moving into newer versions, they will no longer be on a supported version of the products in the next 6 months or so...

Actually I had mentioned many times this to our customer. However they have no plans on moving into new versions (currently running on 7.1). As the current release is the last one to have a client, and you can't do OLE in the web...I suggest you try getting something going with the web instead of further investing ANYTHING in the client architectures. Do you know if there's possible to not close all word documents and only close the active one? (When the spell & grammar check is being performed) Cheers Hugo Ruesga Software Development Advisor US 972.577.7000 x 332.3868 MX +52 (33) 3332.3868 P Please consider the environment before printing this email The information contained in and transferred with this electronic message is intended only for the recipient(s) designated above, it is protected by law and it may contain information which is privileged and confidential.
