If you get them to go to the Mid-Tier and use Firefox for their browser
(Firefox is supported by BMC) then they have instant spell check technology
available, and when they are forced to upgrade they won't have to deal with
different User Tool versions or support issues.

Thanks,

That's so true. Actually I had mentioned many times this to our customer.
However they have no plans on moving into new versions (currently running on
7.1). Appreciate your advice :-)

Hugo,
I don't have an answer to your question, but I suggest you go another direction
altogether. As the current release is the last one to have a client, and you
can't do OLE in the web...I suggest you try getting something going with the
web instead of further investing ANYTHING in the client architectures.

Listers;

Currently I'm interested on implementing a spell & grammar check on Remedy,
I've already coded this, the only thing I'm missing is that my code open a new
word document, and at the end close all word windows; this has the inconvenient
that if I'm having another open word document it is also closed.

Do you know if there's possible to not close all word documents and only close
the active one? (When the spell & grammar check is being performed)

Cheers
