I have heard rumblings of a PAAS -- Platform As A Service. Where -- you can get raw Remedy and skip the ITSM --- is this true?
>From my experience -- this could be quite nice... As -- you REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY (^ 1000) don't want to touch a machine if ITSM is on it. Yet - business NEEDS to do business - and therefore touching is necessary. Therefore -- CONFLICT… But PAAS - would allow both to be happy. (PS - I have always thought companies should have more Remedy servers that are specialized vs… one huge Remedy server.
