I have heard rumblings of a PAAS -- Platform As A Service.

Where -- you can get raw Remedy and skip the ITSM --- is this true?

As -- you REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY (^ 1000) don't want to touch a
machine if ITSM is on it.

Yet - business NEEDS to do business - and therefore touching is necessary.

Therefore -- CONFLICT…

But PAAS - would allow both to be happy.


(PS - I have always thought companies should have more Remedy servers that
are specialized vs… one huge Remedy server.
Having multiples avoids being at the mercy of the worst admin and the worst
performing forms and the worst planning)
