There are multiple ways that customers gain access to the resources within Remedy OnDemand and your BMC representative can work with you to tailor the offering to your needs. However, depending on your business needs, you may find it easiest to use the reporting services within Remedy OnDemand exclusively and not have to create a connection at all between your datacenter and the service to run reports.

What is the method of connectivity I would have to access the data for querying at the reporting server database level? thanks, David On Thu, Feb 23, 2012 at 10:38 AM, Easter, David <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: ** Hi David, Remedy OnDemand has an option where you can set up an additional reporting server to run reports from, for example, BMC Analytics (as a service).
