I have been trying to play with panels on the Overview Console in 7.6.4 but the biggest issue I am having is getting my web browser or MidTier to recognize the changes. I was hoping someone could tell me what I am doing wrong to see these changes.
Steps · Make changes in Dev Studio & save · Open MidTier config page · Flush MidTier Cache o Current Settings § Definition Check 60 Perform Check (yes) § Flashboard: 3600 § Resource Check: 60 § Enable Cache Persistence · Log into ITSM · Go to the Overview Console - still see old layout I have tried flushing my IE 8 Cache and sometimes that help but not normally. What normally seems to help is to log on as someone new (but then I only get one shot at using that account). I have also tried using the Open in Browser in Dev Studio and that doesn't show anything different. I have tried using Firefox & Chrome also but that doesn't seem any more reliable.
