Maybe we should read that as – you don’t spend 15 minutes on the phone with our sales personnel, but just choose to buy an insurance policy online from us, you pay our full over inflated, obnoxious prices... But if you are a bargain hunter and call our 1-800 numbers and drive our sales forces mad for 15 minutes or so, they might give you a 15% discount over our originally quoted ridiculously high prices as it would start costing our sales team a little bit of money having you on the phone for more than that.. :-) Don’t push your luck beyond 15 minutes though – we may hang up on ya...
