Thanks for the suggestion, Joe. Your comment makes me question how a form could have been deleted when we're using an out of the box Remedy build, and there has never been any development performed. I am the only administrator and I've never done any development on our system. Is there a way to identify which form is missing, and is it really possible for a form to have been deleted?
