Hi,
The application licenses grants access to the application forms. Tha AR
User license give you "write" access to the AR System.
You have to have both an Application and an AR User license to modify
application data.
On forms NOT tagged to an application it is enough with only the AR User
license.
If you do not have an AR User license to start with the application
license is meaningless.
In other words, it does not typically make much sense to give a user a
Fixed application license and a Floating AR User license.
