I am a newbie to Analytics for ITSM, but an installation that has been 
validated between my BOE administrator and SAP is running reports with no 
errors, but also NO DATA!  This applies to canned reports and custom reports.  
When doing a direct query on the SQL, records appear with a simple query - show 
all Incident ID's (for example).  When building the same query in Web 
Intelligence, by dragging Incident ID into the query window... the report runs 
without error, but also the message "No Data to Retreive".  The Universe is 
appropriately pointed (but I am also submitting a separate post on that 
one...). What am I missing?
